TRAVEL LECTURES:
NAMIBIA: Family trip with SUV and roof tents
In May 2025, we, as a family of four, went to Namibia for three weeks, a land of deserts, wildlife, and different cultures. We traveled with a rented SUV and two roof tents and slept in camps. We drove over 4,000 kilometers. We got to know the Himba and their life. We met a cheetah that purrs loudly and saw rhinos and many other African animals up close in the Etosha National Park.
The lecture includes:
– personal story and photos from the trip
– insight into traveling with children in Africa
– practical tips for organizing a trip to Namibia
Suitable for all lovers of nature, animals, family trips and a different world.

Via Apsyrtides: 100 kilometers on foot through wild Cres
In early April 2025, my mother and daughter embarked on a multi-day hiking adventure along the lesser-known but extraordinary Via Apsyrtides trail, which runs across three islands: Cres, Lošinj and Ilovik. We walked the entire island of Cres. We walked more than 100 km and 2900 meters in altitude in 6 days. We slept in nature, cooked on a stove, encountered wild animals, searched for water and electricity – and learned anew every day what simplicity and endurance mean.
The lecture includes: an interesting story with photos from the trail, insight into lesser-known corners of Cres, practical tips for multi-day tours, honest thoughts about nature, fear, and wilderness. Suitable for hiking and nature lovers.

GREECE: Peloponnese with a rooftop tent

A family cheap trip through part of mainland Greece. We were on the road in May 2024, for 23 days, covering 5000 kilometers. We combined sleeping in the wild and in camps. We visited some very famous places, as well as some lesser-known ones, including: Meteora, Delphi, Corinth, Mycenae, Epidaurus, Napflio, Monemvasia, Elafonisos Island, Kalamata, Gialova, Kardamyli, Diakopto and Kalavryta, Lefkada Island and the Zagoria region (Vikos Canyon).
Our trip to Greece was full of natural beauty and historical sites.
From beautiful beaches and ancient forts to picturesque canyons and mountain villages...

Camino Krk (2023)
Mother and daughter. 7 days and 150 km of hiking. 13-kilogram backpacks with the most necessary equipment. Camping (even in the wild). Soups from a bag, cooked on a small burner and eaten under the open sky. Paths along the beautiful coast and paths through real wilderness... This is the Camino Krk.
Lecture: Nika Korošec and Adrijana Godina

Mont Blanc (2023)
The eternally white peak of Europe. A magnificent tour led by Andrej and Marija Štremfelj: crossing Mont Blanc. But first, acclimatization on the Grossglockner and Gran Paradiso and then the climb to Mont Blanc itself. Walking in the dark and the most beautiful sunrise of my life. Glaciers. Wind and darkness. Fear, danger, courage and success. Frost above 4800m. All this and more is Mont Blanc.
In the travelogue itself, I describe the entire preparation for the expedition, including two acclimatizations, and the actual course of the hike to the summit.

Children and the mountains: how to go to the mountains with little mountaineers?
In 2023, I wrote a PDF Handbook for Parents of Young Mountaineers, with which I want to empower parents (and grandparents) to get out into nature, into the mountains. In the lecture, I will reveal to you the secrets of successful and safe hiking with your children, why it is important to take children to the mountains, how to get started and what you need for a carefree experience. Together, we will explore the list of equipment and clothing for day trips and learn how to ensure safety on the trail. In addition, I will also present you with a long list of hiking games that will motivate children to walk.

The price of the travelogue lecture is €100 (travel expenses included). The price of the lecture Children and the Mountains: How to Go to the Mountains with Little Mountaineers? is €80.

I would be happy if you would submit a lecture proposal to your local library or mountaineering club.
